Happy 2024
On behalf of the Edmonton Transit Social Club Executive, I’d like to wish all our members a very Happy and Healthy 2024.
This email letter comes to you with some very important changes on how the Social Club will be collecting membership dues from this point onwards. The City of Edmonton has implemented a new payroll system that will NO longer allow for the collection of your membership dues.
The Social club Executive has spent the last 6-8 weeks exploring new ways to implement a way of collecting dues from its members and it’s almost ready to roll out. In the meantime, you’ll notice that after January 9th, 2024 you will no longer see your pay deduction for your Social Club Membership fee, but not to worry, everyone’s membership status will remain the same as it was on that date.
At this time, the Social Club Executive would like to invite everyone to join us at the Annual General Meeting and election of executive, on February 25 at the St. Albert Inn at #156 St. Albert Trail for a wonderful brunch, as we explain the roll out of our new membership dues system.
